Club de Voile de Pierre-Percée – C.V.P.P.
Club de Voile de Pierre-Percée (C.V.P.P.) is a French sailing club on Lac de Pierre-Percée in the Vosges. The club has a chalet at Les Bordes, hangars in Val-et-Châtillon and uses buoy moorings on the Lac du Vieux Pré reservoir. The programme includes club regattas, shared sailing days under the motto Toutes voiles dehors, work parties and social gatherings at the clubhouse. Officially registered in 1988 and affiliated to the Fédération française de voile, the club maintains an active community life around the lake.
History
Club de Voile de Pierre-Percée (C.V.P.P.) is an Association loi 1901 registered at the Lunéville sub-prefecture under number 022247 and published in the Journal officiel of 25 May 1988. The club holds RNA number W 542 000 310, is affiliated to the Fédération française de voile as C54009 and holds Youth and Sport approval 54 S 1314. Its registered office is at Badonviller town hall; the club chalet stands at Les Bordes on Lac de Pierre-Percée, with hangars in Val-et-Châtillon. Over the years, club regattas, shared sailing days (Toutes voiles dehors), work on hangars and chalet, and social meetings have shaped club life. Water levels on Lac du Vieux Pré repeatedly affect the season: in years of strong drawdown, boats had to be hauled early and moorings adjusted. In 2016 the club acquired a gantry with a 3-tonne hoist for maintenance; in 2017 free buoy moorings were replaced by a fee. Today the club remains active through volunteer work and historical memory of its past.
