segelclub.com provides information about sailing clubs and is intended as orientation for sailors. It is a non-commercial hobby project with no sales intent.

The offering includes in particular:

• Listing and search of sailing clubs
• Detail pages with club information
• Notes on boat classes and locations, where available
• Further informative content about sailing clubs

There is no claim to completeness, currency or continuous availability of the information shown. Third-party content (e.g. club websites) is outside our control.

No paid participation, ticket or purchase contracts are concluded via segelclub.com.

The website is for information only. Bookings or memberships with sailing clubs are made exclusively with the respective club or provider.

Use of the website does not create a contractual relationship for paid services with the operator.

Use of segelclub.com is free of charge.

No participation fees, subscriptions or other charges are levied for accessing the website.

Advertising cannot be booked on the website; the project is not for sale.

Paid services of third parties (e.g. clubs) are subject to their own terms and are not covered by these Terms.

As no paid bookings are brokered or sold via segelclub.com, cancellation and withdrawal rules for ticket or participation contracts do not apply.

You may stop using the website at any time.

Contracts with sailing clubs or other third parties are governed solely by their rules.

As operator of this private, non-commercial website I am responsible for my own content under applicable law.
