Thurø Sejlklub
Thurø Sejlklub is the official sailing club on the island of Thurø near Svendborg in Denmark, based at Gambøtvej 25–27. Under the motto “Livskvalitet gennem fællesskab” (quality of life through community), the club maintains a harbour and club buildings, harbour parking, and sauna with winter bathing. Sporting life centres on racing (kapsejlads), a dedicated J/70 section, a sailing school and adaptive sailing, complemented by youth sailing, girls’ sailing, Sail and Study, and a seniors’ group.
