Wandlitzer Segelclub e.V.

Wandlitzer Segelclub e.V. is a sailing club on Lake Wandlitz and, according to its own information, has been sailing there since 1968. The club grounds are located in the northern part of the Wandlitz lido, and the club uses different boat classes, with Ixylon named as the largest class. In addition, club sailors also compete in away regattas, including in Optimist, 29er, and Topcat classes. The club describes its core purpose as sharing enthusiasm for sailing, passing on knowledge and experience, and supporting children and young people. Regular youth training and club regattas on Lake Wandlitz are part of the active programme. New sailors of all ages are explicitly welcome, regardless of whether they already own a boat.
