Aalborg Sejlklub

Aalborg Sejlklub describes itself as the largest sailing club in the region and runs Aalborg Marina with water-sports activities for members and visiting sailors. The clubhouse hosts information meetings, the Friday bar with communal meals and seasonal events such as Sankt Hans; a crane project is also underway. The sailing school offers summer courses for beginners and more advanced sailors, including the school boat MILLE and training steps up to racing. The sporting programme includes the racing season, Wednesday series races and events such as the CUP Sparekassen Danmark as well as the annual flag-hoisting ceremony. Talks and social gatherings complement club life and invite sailors to join the community in Aalborg.
