Reersø Bådeklub
Reersø Bådeklub is a Danish boat club based at Reersø Havn in Kalundborg Municipality on the island of Reersø, a traditional fishing, industrial and leisure harbour. The club supports and promotes water sports and is a member of Dansk Sejlunion. Facilities include a clubhouse, a mast crane at Reersø Havn, and organised boat launching and haul-out. The annual programme covers handicap racing under RB rules, trim sails, club trips, flag raising and lowering with shared meals, Fastelavn at the clubhouse, club evenings and safety lectures. There is a youth section for active members under 18; enquiries about berths and waiting lists should be directed to harbour contacts.
History
Reersø Bådeklub was founded at the inaugural general meeting in 1977. According to the statutes the official name is Reersø Bådklub and the home port is Reersø Havn in Kalundborg Municipality. The club's purpose is to support and promote water sports; it is a member of Dansk Sejlunion and subject to its rules. The statutes were amended on 1 March 1995 (DS regulations), 9 March 1996 (AG date and financial year), 29 November 2008 (board and chair election), 7 November 2012, 26 November 2019, 13 November 2021 (active membership only) and 18 November 2023 (chair election, financial year and AG timing). The board comprises chair, vice chair, treasurer, secretary, one further member and a junior leader without voting rights. The ordinary general meeting is held each year between 1 February and 15 March; the financial year runs from 1 January to 31 December. Membership fees are set annually at the general meeting and collected in advance for the full year. Since 2022 the club has operated a new website; according to the feed it is located at the traditional fishing, industrial and leisure harbour on Reersø.
