Ho Bugt Sejlklub

Ho Bugt Sejlklub in Hjerting near Esbjerg is one of the most active water sports clubs on the Danish North Sea coast in the Wadden Sea National Park. The club operates Denmark's largest Wayfarer dinghy fleet with around 45 boats and offers dinghy sailing for all age groups – from Optimist juniors to active seniors. In addition to the weekly Wednesday match racing, members enjoy cruising trips to Langli, Ho and around Fanø. The programme is complemented by windsurfing, kitesurfing, stand-up paddling and year-round bathing with sauna, heated changing rooms and hot showers at the clubhouse on Sanatorievej 2. The adult and youth sailing schools, windsurf courses from age ten and the active youth section with Thursday training from May to September make the club a diverse centre for water sports in Ho Bugt.
