Kongelig Norsk Seilforening

Kongelig Norsk Seilforening (KNS), also known as the Royal Norwegian Yacht Club, is Norway’s royal sailing club with its home harbour at Dronningen in Oslo. The club offers youth and children’s sailing, cruising and offshore sailing, plus an extensive regatta programme on the fjord and along the Norwegian coast. Facilities include the Dronningen harbour with clubhouse and the so-called Dronningen house. The programme includes among other events the Færder race, Hankø Race Week, the Women’s Regatta and international class events such as the IKC. Sustainability and social responsibility also shape club work around training, courses, members and facilities.
