Grötviks Segelsällskap

Grötviks Segelsällskap (GSS) is a Swedish sailing club with club premises and harbour office in Grötvik harbour, about five kilometres west of Halmstad on the Halland coast. The harbour sits in a scenic setting with remnants of historic stone quarries, high cliff walls and viewpoints towards Hallandsås, Båstad, Torekov and Hallands Väderö. Facilities include a slipway, crane and berths as well as information and space for visiting boats, motorhome pitches, camping and parking; a sea rescue station and Telia Homerun Wi-Fi are also present. Berth holders perform seasonal watch duty by club decision; the club runs a live harbour webcam and an SMS-controlled boom for slipway access. Visitors contact the harbour office during published opening hours by email or via the harbour host phone.
